人事マネージャー/ Human Resources Manager

A global luxury hospitality company is seeking a Human Resources Manager. The selected candidate will manage recruitment, employee relations, and training initiatives to ensure a positive and efficient workplace.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes and ensure roles have updated job descriptions
• Manage HR operations including compensation, benefits, and visa processing
• Advise and support associates on work-related concerns and performance issues
• Promote strong employee relations and enforce disciplinary actions when necessary
• Oversee employee accommodations and staff cafeteria quality in coordination with relevant departments
• Drive associate engagement through social activities, newsletters, and internal communication initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 3-7 years of professional experience
• Knowledge of large, multi-cultural organisations
• Understanding of training procedures, methods and techniques
• Familiarity with guest interaction processes
• Skilled in hotel/resort practices and operational procedures
• Good computer skills
• Proficient in English

Preferred requirements:

• Previous supervisory experience
• Background in hotels/resorts of similar standards and in a similar capacity
• Proficient in Japanese
