HRスペシャリスト/ HR Specialist

A global trade solutions company is looking for an HR Specialist. The selected candidate will provide professional advice on people-related matters, manage systems, and support strategic workforce planning.

Responsibilities:

• Provide sound advice to management on employee matters
• Support strategic workforce planning initiatives with high-quality analysis
• Manage local and regional projects using effective project management skills
• Analyse business issues, identify opportunities, and recommend solutions
• Maintain expert knowledge on labor-related legislation and trends
• Communicate people policies and drive employee engagement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• More than 3 years of experience
• Experience in general HR, people engagement, and management
• Understanding of labor legislation or employment laws
• Familiarity with technology or applications (Workday or any HR Management Systems)
• Proficient in MS Excel and power BI is a plus
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Japanese
