An international law firm is seeking an HR Coordinator. The selected candidate will assist with attorney development, recruiting processes, and program coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Support law school and lateral recruiting functions
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for new and lateral attorneys
- Evaluate and enhance program effectiveness
- Provide backup recruiting support, including scheduling and offer letter preparation
- Organise trainings and seminars
- Ensure client service and satisfaction are achieved
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above is ideal
- More than 3 years of experience in a mid to large law firm
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Native level Japanese; fluent level written and verbal English
