An international brokerage and investment banking organisation is looking for an HR Officer for Benefits and Payroll. The selected candidate will manage payroll cycles, benefits programs, and employee records.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll cycle and social insurance
- Process new hires, terminations, and inter-company transfers
- Resolve payroll issues for employees
- Reconcile various reports and statements
- Liaise with overseas HR for payroll reporting
- Evaluate, plan, and administer benefits programs
- Act as primary contact for vendors and employees for benefits
- Process benefits enrollments and terminations
- Manage benefits communication process
- Monitor and recommend HR policy modifications for compliance
- Handle special projects including policies implementation and audits
- Maintain employee files and HR-related invoices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- More than 3 years of experience in benefits and payroll processing
- Understanding of health and welfare benefits
- Excellent PC skills (Excel Formulas, Tables, Charts, Vlookup, Mail Merge etc.)
- Experience in global HR system (Workday) is a plus
- Native level spoken and written Japanese; business level English
