A global semiconductor company is looking for an HR Specialist. The selected candidate will manage recruitment, learning & development, and HR operations. This is a direct contract role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes including sourcing candidates and screening CVs
- Coordinate interviews, handle offer letters, and oversee onboarding
- Explore and register new vendors for recruitment
- Arrange and coordinate training classes, manage training records
- Oversee vendor management for learning and development activities
- Handle labor contracts, benefit programs, and visa issuance
Requirements:
- More than 3 years of experience in recruitment or general HR coordination
- Experience in customer service or sales environment is ideal
- Prior experience in selecting and executing new systems and vendors is a plus
- Possess valid authorisation to work in Japan
- Native level Japanese; fluent level reading and written English; proficient in Chinese and Korean is preferred
