A well-known financial services company is looking for an Associate, Human Resources and Administration. The selected candidate will manage HR and administration tasks, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee support.
Responsibilities:
- Provide HR guidance and support to employees across Japan, Hong Kong, China, and Singapore
- Coordinate with payroll service providers to process monthly payroll and manage compensation changes
- Administer employee benefits such as insurance and support HRIS data entry in Oracle
- Assist with employee onboarding, off-boarding, and work visa applications for foreign employees
- Support vendor onboarding, office administration tasks, and handle ad hoc administrative requests
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 5 years of Human Resources experience
- More than 2 years of payroll experience with a third-party payroll service provider required
- Understanding of HR processes, local employment law, and payroll withholdings in Japan
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Business level written and reading English
