A successful real estate organisation is searching for an HR Assistant. The candidate who enters this role will be responsible for activities such as handling mail, payroll, and communicating with overseas office in English. This is a long-term temporary position.
- Conduct support activities such as handling mail, documents and reports preparation, etc.
- Oversee simple payroll reports and data validation
- Communicate with overseas office in English
- Experience in a team assistant or sales assistant role
- HR payroll experience is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Business level English
