A successful investment management company is searching for a HR and Administration Assistant. This position will be responsible for a wide array of administrative documentation and maintenance activities. This is a long-term temporary position.
- Carry out general administration tasks such as office supply control, kitchen maintenance, office equipment maintenance, etc.
- Manage relationships with third party service providers such as the office landlord, copy machine company, travel agency, etc.
- Coordinate international travel for employees
- Handle documents for control according to company policies
- Oversee HR and admin related documentation and filing
- Oversee control of company insurance policies
- Finance, marketing, or operations qualification or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in the financial industry
- Extensive experience in a secretarial role supporting the executive level in a funds management environment
- Experience in project management or business admin role is a plus
