A prominent financial services company is looking for an HR Administrator. This position will be responsible for administrative work for several hundred people. This is a long term temporary position.
- Perform administrative work such as tax payments, social insurance, company pension, retirement allowance, corporate housing, etc.
- Conduct leave administration
- Payroll experience
- Basic conversation and writing skills in English
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel) with ability to use Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Ability to work with clients
- Communication Japanese proficiency; conversational English proficiency
