A management consulting company is looking for a new Office Manager. This role will be responsible for general office and administrative operations. This position will work closely with the regional corporate team.
- Manage office administrative matters and serve as the main contact concerning office operations, cooperating with other departments such as IT and HR when necessary
- Handle suppliers, maintenance, upgrades, and filing system for the office
- Manage office expenses to stay within budget and work with the regional finance team to ensure accounts payable vouchers and vendor payments are processed on time
- Carry out translation services when needed
- Assist in the preparation of documents for regulatory authorities
- Coordinate travel related matters
- 5+ years administrative experience
- Management skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
