The successful candidate will participate in such wide-ranging tasks as preparing documentation and handling phone inquiries.
- Prepare manage documents of employee’s information
- Schedule interviews by coordinating with hiring managers, agencies, and candidates
- Respond to incoming phone calls and ad hoc admin tasks
- Intermediate Excel skills – hand-on knowledge and experience with VLOOKUP is a plus
- Business level English
- Highly motivated self-starter is preferred
