HRBP/ HRBP

A global manufacturing company is looking for an HR Business Partner. The selected candidate will partner with management to drive strategic and operational HR initiatives, with a strong focus on recruitment, people development, and organisational support. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Advise management on strategic and operational HR matters including recruitment, training, succession planning, organisational changes, compensation, social insurance, and labor law
• Partner with business leaders to strengthen HR support and contribute to overall business performance
• Support the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with local and corporate priorities
• Lead workshops and facilitate challenging discussions when needed
• Collaborate with global HR Business Partners on international and cross-functional projects
• Act as the liaison between the local business and HR specialist functions such as Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation, HR Operations, and HR Marketing

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, industrial psychology
• Experience in a similar position (manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus)
• Knowledge of global economics
• Understanding of human resource management
• Professional level Japanese; fluent level English
