HRBPマネージャー/ HRBP Manager
A multinational biopharmaceutical leader is seeking a HRBP Manager. The selected candidate will manage the strategic implementation of HR policies and collaborate with leadership to achieve organisational objectives through expert guidance and effective program execution.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to support the GM and the Japan leadership team
- Provide HR expert-based opinion and service to internal clients
- Participate in strategic planning to develop a best place to work company culture
- Lead HR end-to-end operations and projects including transformation and change management
- Implement global and local HR strategies through annual people cycle campaigns
- Provide advice to managers and employees on employee relations and labour legislation
- Manage total compensation programs and ensure competitiveness of structures
- Participate in job evaluations and compensation surveys to ensure global compliance
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and line managers for high-calibre recruitment
- Propose salary plans to ensure internal equity and gender pay equality
- Execute talent, retention, and succession planning initiatives
- Collaborate with regional and global teams on annual talent reviews
- Support and implement performance review processes and manager training
- Review and improve existing HR programs, policies, and procedures
- Ensure compliance through regular internal audits and corrective actions
- Maintain accurate employee data and employment policies in line with local legislation and SOPs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in HR or relevant discipline
- 8-10 years of experience in Human Resources as a Generalist or HRBP
- Experience in developing and executing human resources strategies
- Proven ability to make decisions based on data, facts, and figures
- Fluent level Japanese; business level English
Preferred requirements:
- More than 3 years of working at international pharma or medical devices companies
- Experience in Change Management
- Proven experience with successful implementation of work rules and HR transformation projects
