組織・人材戦略リード/ People & Organisation Lead

A global FMCG company is looking for a People & Organisation Lead. The selected candidate will shape the people agenda, partner with senior leaders, and build a high-performing, engaged organisation across commercial and plant operations. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Japan P&O agenda and serve as a trusted advisor to country leadership
• Drive organisation design, workforce planning, hiring, succession, and leadership development
• Strengthen performance culture through goal setting, evaluations, coaching, retention, and talent decisions
• Build key talent pipelines and deliver development initiatives for future leaders and critical employees
• Lead engagement programs, survey follow-through, and change initiatives that support business priorities
• Manage employee relations, labour compliance, and the local rollout of regional P&O programs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 10 years of experience in HR function (Business Partnering or HR Generalist roles is ideal)
• Skilled in Japan labour law and employee relations
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in written and spoken English
