HRBPマネージャー/ HRBP Manager
A multinational consumer goods company is looking for a HRBP Manager. The selected candidate will act as a strategic HR partner, driving people strategies, organisational effectiveness, and talent initiatives across commercial functions.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement P&C plans and initiatives aligned with functional and business objectives
- Advise on organisational design and support business transformation programmes
- Act as a business partner to function leadership teams and line managers across all P&C areas
- Coach managers on leadership, engagement, performance, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
- Support employee lifecycle events and facilitate talent and performance review cycles
- Analyse functional capabilities and recommend tools, programmes, and strategies
- Promote organisational culture and act as a change enabler for transformation initiatives
- Monitor labour law, market trends, and internal developments to provide proactive advice
- Coordinate with P&C teams to deliver initiatives and resolve issues
- Contribute to cross-department P&C projects and operating model transformation
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, practices, and procedures
- Foster a collaborative and integrated team environment
Requirements:
- Experience working in multicultural global companies
- Strong understanding of P&C operations and processes
- Employee-centric mindset with experience in customer-focused systems
- Proficient in stakeholder collaboration and organisational navigation
- Digital literacy including AI and P&C technologies with data-driven insight generation
- Professional level Japanese and English
