A renowned advertising agency is seeking a Talent & Culture Business Partner. The selected candidate will oversee HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and global alignment of people initiatives. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding in partnership with hiring managers
• Oversee HR operations including systems, policies, and compliance with Japanese labor laws
• Serve as employee contact, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture
• Coordinate payroll, benefits, and compensation benchmarking in collaboration with vendors and finance
• Deliver training programs and drive career development and diversity initiatives
• Partner with global HR teams to align policies, programs, and reporting

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in HR in Japan (international, creative, professional service, or technology-driven company)
• Experience executing or managing HRIS systems
• Background in global or regional HR programs and international mobility
• Understanding of Japanese labor law and HR compliance requirements
• Fluent level Japanese; business level written and vernal English
