人事ビジネスパートナーマネージャー/ HRBP Manager
A global insurance company is seeking a Manager, HR Business Partner. The selected candidate will act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, delivering HR solutions that enhance organisational capability, culture, and employee experience.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialised HR support to senior leaders on employee relations, talent management, performance, engagement, and compliance with labour law
- Partner with senior leaders to identify people priorities and implement solutions to drive business goals
- Provide expert HR advice in line with company values, policies, and local regulations
- Coach and advise leaders on talent acquisition, change management, and people development
- Support talent reviews and succession planning for key positions
- Analyse data to provide insights that improve performance, retention, and employee experience
- Foster diversity and inclusion initiatives in collaboration with the DEI team
- Ensure HR compliance and manage employment-related business risks
- Collaborate with CoEs and global HR colleagues to deliver best-practice HR solutions
- Work with HR Shared Services to ensure effective HR operations delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 5 years of experience in HR
- Practical experience in HRBP or CoE experience in an industrial environment
- Experience implementing programs that simplify processes and improve business performance
- Skilled in organisational effectiveness, coaching, mentoring, HR digitalisation, and analytical problem-solving
- Knowledge of employee relations and labour law in a financial/industrial environment is preferable
- Business level English; native level Japanese
