A multinational semiconductor company is seeking a Principal HRBP. The selected candidate will collaborate with senior leaders to drive HR strategies, manage change, and enhance employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Partner with leadership to address talent management and organisational challenges
• Analyse workforce issues and propose effective HR solutions
• Contribute as a project member in various HR programs and initiatives
• Support organisational transformation through change management practices
• Promote employee engagement and organisational development initiatives

Requirements:

• More than 8 years of experience in the HR domain
• Proficient in English; professional level Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Experience as an HRBP in a global company
