シニアマネージャー、人事ビジネスパートナー/ Senior Manager, HRBP

A multinational semiconductor company is seeking a Senior Manager, HRBP. The role will drive strategic HR initiatives that align business objectives with people development and organisational growth.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organisational goals
• Provide strategic HR support to strengthen performance culture and talent management
• Lead HR projects including planning, resource management, and budget oversight
• Evaluate and manage HR project performance and implement corrective measures
• Identify and mitigate HR project risks through proactive analysis and contingency planning
• Drive change management initiatives to support organisational transformation

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of experience in HR (global HR responsibilities)
• Experience in a global organisation
• Fluent level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in HR PMO role
