A renowned semiconductor components manufacturer is looking for a People Partner. The selected candidate will drive HR initiatives, support business growth, and foster organisational development.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies for BUs and Sus
• Plan and execute people-related programs that align with strategic objectives
• Lead talent, leadership, performance, and culture initiatives
• Drive adoption of regional and global HR COE programs
• Provide insights and recommendations using HR data analysis
• Advise managers and promote positive employee relations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 15 years of experience in the field of Human Resources with exposure to Business Partnering and Center of Expert
• Experience in semiconductor, high-tech industry or manufacturing industries
• Prior experience in multinational companies
• Proven experience with very diversified environments
• Professional level Japanese; fluent level written and spoken English

Nice to have:

• Experience working for quick moving organisations like Venture companies
• Prior experience across geographies
