人事ビジネスパートナー// HRBP
A global motor vehicle manufacturer is looking for an HRBP. The selected applicant will be responsible for supporting the HR agenda by partnering with leaders and employees to drive business goals and employee engagement. This is a hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a full spectrum of HR activities, including recruiting, selection, compensation and benefits, training and development, industrial relations, reporting, labour costs, and internal communication in line with HQ global processes
- Manage hire-to-retire HR transactions and operations through the HRIS system in compliance with standard policies and rules
- Lead and support global programs such as employee engagement initiatives, plant standard organisation, talent review, and succession planning
- Analyse HR trends and key people metrics for the Japan organisation to support decision-making
- Identify and monitor training and development needs for teams and individuals
- Propose new or revised HR policies and programs to the Centre of Expertise based on business and functional needs
- Support Japan transformation initiatives in close coordination with the HRBP Senior Manager, global HRBP counterparts, and functional leaders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Business Administration
- More than 5 years of total experience in the business
- More than 5 years of experience in an HR COE or HRBP role
- Proven strong foundation and knowledge of principles and practices of HR, including employment law and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Proficient in Japanese and English
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience working at a multinational company, with a matrix organisation
- Experience in HRIS systems such as SAP
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including patience and persistence in approach to develop relationships with stakeholders
