小売人事ビジネスパートナーマネージャー/ Retail HRBP Manager
A multinational food and beverage company is looking for a Retail HRBP Manager. The selected candidate will translate business priorities into HR strategies, partner with senior leaders, and drive talent, culture, and organisational effectiveness across retail stores and the head office.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute mid- to long-term HR strategies aligned with business transformation
- Advise leaders on talent engagement, performance management, employee relations, workforce planning, and succession planning
- Lead organisational design initiatives to strengthen capabilities and support business growth
- Drive workforce planning and talent allocation to optimise labour productivity during peak retail periods
- Oversee complex employee relations cases while ensuring compliance with labour regulations
- Collaborate with COE teams to design and implement L&D, talent reviews, leadership development, DE&I, and compensation programs
- Leverage HR metrics and insights to support decision-making and measure program effectiveness
- Champion employees experience initiatives to enhance engagement, motivation, and culture
- Coach and develop junior HR members to build HR functional capability
- Improve HR policies, processes, and tools to promote operational excellence
Requirements:
- More than 7 years of HR experience
- More than 3 years of experience in an HRBP role supporting retail stores and the head office
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and partnering across a complex organisation
- Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, workforce planning, and organisational development
- Ability and willingness to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Native level Japanese; business level English
Preferred requirements:
- Experience in retail businesses or foreign-owned companies
