人力资源总监/ HR Director

A global fashion eCommerce company is looking for an HR Director. The selected candidate will lead HR strategy, talent acquisition, and organisational development for Japan while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute HR strategy for Japan
• Lead recruitment, employer branding, and workforce planning
• Establish HR policies, payroll, and benefits frameworks
• Drive onboarding, L&D programs, and organisational culture
• Manage performance evaluation and employee relations
• Implement HR metrics and provide data-driven insights

Requirements:

• More than 15 years of HR experience
• More than 5 years in senior roles
• Experience in fast-scaling orgs
• Knowledge of Japanese labor law
• Native level Japanese; business level English (Korean is ideal)

Preferred requirements:

• Prior fashion or eCommerce experience
• Experience launching global operations in Japan
• Prior experience working with Korean HQ
