P&O Business Partner

A renowned pharmaceutical company is looking for a P&O Business Partner. The selected candidate will partner closely with business leaders to drive people strategy, organisational effectiveness, talent development, and cultural transformation. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Drive business ownership and accountability for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
• Partner on enterprise-wide P&O projects to ensure alignment with business priorities
• Advise leaders on organisational design, change management, performance, engagement, and retention
• Translate business strategy into people and organisational interventions using data-driven insights
• Lead talent, succession planning, and leadership development to build a strong pipeline
• Coach leaders and P&O teams to strengthen governance, culture, and leadership capabilities

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of experience in P&O roles
• More than 5 years of experience as business partner
• Experience working in a matrix organisation
• Fluent level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Prior pharma experience
