HRBP/ HRBP

A global semiconductor company is looking for an HR Business Partner. The selected candidate will lead strategic workforce initiatives, people programs, and employee relations while strengthening organisational performance.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior and executive leaders to align People strategy with business objectives
• Lead succession planning, workforce planning, and diversity and inclusion initiatives
• Provide 1:1 coaching to senior leaders on leadership development and complex People matters
• Execute corporate People programs, including recognition, rewards, and learning initiatives
• Facilitate promotions, job level changes, compensation reviews, and performance program support
• Drive people analytics, KPI reporting, and insight sharing for strategic decision-making
• Support communication for organisational changes, engagement programs, and culture-building efforts
• Consolidate talent reviews, support recruiting activities, and guide escalated employee relations cases

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• More than 3 years of proven experience in HR business partner roles
• Experience in fast-paced industries such as technology or manufacturing
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to handle complex and sensitive situations with integrity and confidentiality
• Proficient in Japanese and English
