HRBP/ HRBP

A global advanced materials technology company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner. The selected candidate will support the execution of HR strategies across talent acquisition, development, engagement, and employee relations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for graded and non-graded roles
• Coordinate with hiring managers to design assessments, interviews, offers, and onboarding
• Drive performance management processes and provide guidance to line managers
• Support learning, training rollout, and HR system updates related to development
• Facilitate employee engagement surveys, focus groups, and action planning
• Support grievance and disciplinary investigations and provide people management guidance
• Maintain accurate HR records, reporting, and statutory compliance
• Support job evaluation, grading, and salary structure with the Total Rewards team

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Human Resources, Personnel Management, Psychology, or related field
• More than 5 years of related HR experience
• Proven experience in employee engagement, industrial relations, OD practices, and talent development
• Skilled in HR laws, policies and procedures
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Good level written and verbal Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in a manufacturing organisation
