A global eCommerce company is looking for a Senior Strategic Partner Specialist. The selected candidate will drive HR initiatives, enhance employee experience, and support leadership through data-driven insights and organisational transformation.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with executives to improve workplace culture, productivity, and retention
• Analyse HR data to propose actionable improvements for employee experience
• Provide daily guidance to managers on HR matters and contract terms
• Identify training needs, oversee programs, and support executive coaching
• Resolve labor issues, conduct departmental meetings, and support performance management
• Guide on HR policies, compliance, and organisational restructuring initiatives

Requirements:

• Experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) in multinational or large-scale companies
• Prior experience working with executive leadership
• Understanding of recruitment, compensation and benefits, talent management, performance management, and learning & development in the Japanese market
• Native level Japanese; business level English
