人事ビジネスパートナー/ HRBP
An international pharmaceutical company is looking for an HRBP. The chosen candidate will be supporting people strategy, talent development and a compliant, engaging work environment. This is a hybrid setup role.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to deliver people strategies and ensure organisational capability, structure and culture support business goals
- Lead talent and performance management, succession planning, onboarding coordination and selected training and leadership development initiatives
- Support leadership on change initiatives to ensure alignment with business strategy and culture
- Promote a cohesive work environment by ensuring compliance with labour laws and leading team building and engagement activities
- Provide guidance to leaders and employees on people issues and handle employee relations matters, including Labour Union interactions when needed
- Facilitate HR programs such as Probation Management, Performance Management, Succession Planning, year-end compensation, Transfers and Exits
- Manage Personnel Related Expense planning for the commercial team
- Implement workforce plans and talent acquisition strategies and support hiring managers to ensure fair and well-documented recruitment processes
- Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines and local regulations, and improve HR policies and procedures where necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in human resources, business administration, or social sciences
- More than 8 years of HR experience
- More than 2 years as HRBP (multinational company is preferred)
- Good understanding of Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Development, Organisation Development, Employee Relations and labour laws and regulations
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent level Japanese; business level English
