シニアHRBP/ Senior HRBP

A multinational entertainment music company is seeking a Senior People Business Partner (HRBP). The selected candidate will partner with business leaders to implement people-focused initiatives, manage talent, and enhance employee experience. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to deliver value-added HR services aligned with business objectives
• Facilitate change management and implement people-related policies, processes, and guidelines
• Drive talent management processes, including acquisition and development, in collaboration with key stakeholders
• Support HR projects such as compensation benchmarking and HRIS implementation
• Provide performance management guidance, including coaching, counselling, career development, and employee relations resolution
• Enhance employee work experience, improve engagement and retention, and promote organisational excellence

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of human resource leadership experience in fast-growing environments (technology, services, media, entertainment)
• Experience working in a start-up or similarly dynamic environment
• Demonstrate excellent leadership qualities
• Excellent influencing, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Professional level Japanese and English
