HRBPシニアマネージャー/ HRBP Senior Manager

A multinational FMCG company is seeking an HRBP Senior Manager. The selected candidate will act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, driving talent initiatives, performance management, and organisational development while leading HR transformation and engagement strategies. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals, including budget management
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with business leaders and stakeholders, providing expert HR guidance
• Drive talent management programs such as succession planning, talent assessment, and leadership development
• Guide performance management processes and support line managers in developing employee performance
• Provide support and mediation on employee relations issues to foster a positive work environment
• Develop and execute talent acquisition and employer branding strategies across all hiring channels
• Design and deliver learning and development programs leveraging internal and external resources
• Lead, coach, and develop the HRBP team to strengthen capabilities and performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• More than 10 years of progressive HR experience as HRBP or in a generalist role
• Proven experience in multinational organisations, preferably in FMCG, alcohol, or luxury sectors
• Proficient in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and understanding of local employment laws
• Skilled in HR functions such as talent management, compensation, employee relations, and training
• Business level Japanese and English; good level French
