HRディレクター/ HR Director

A global pharmaceutical and healthcare company is seeking an experienced HR Director. The selected candidate will partner with senior leadership to drive organisational development, employee engagement, and alignment with global HR strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and budgets aligned with business goals
• Lead and develop HR teams across multiple sites, ensuring effective execution of HR functions
• Partner with senior management to integrate HR strategy into overall business objectives
• Provide strategic counsel on organisation design, talent management, and employee relations
• Drive recruitment and succession planning to ensure leadership continuity and capability development
• Oversee performance management systems to enhance productivity and engagement
• Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and alignment with corporate values

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in HR or related discipline
• More than 5 years of management experience in HR leadership roles
• Proven experience in Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Development, and Employee Relations
• Skilled in strategic HR planning and team leadership
• Ability to influence, build credibility, and collaborate across all levels of the organisation
• Possess a valid MBA qualification
• Business level English
