HRBP/ HRBP
A global automotive company is looking for an HR Business Partner. The selected candidate will drive strategic HR initiatives and act as a trusted advisor to business leaders. This is a hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with business strategy
- Advise management on HR issues and provide guidance on workforce planning and development
- Oversee performance management processes and support on improvement plans
- Resolve employee relations issues and conduct investigations when required
- Collaborate with HR teams in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Policies to deliver solutions
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and track HR metrics using data analytics
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 5 years of experience in HR
- Experience as HRBP is ideal
- Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
- Skilled in HR software and systems
- Professional level Japanese and English
