HRBP/ HRBP

A global automotive company is looking for an HR Business Partner. The selected candidate will drive strategic HR initiatives and act as a trusted advisor to business leaders. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with business strategy
• Advise management on HR issues and provide guidance on workforce planning and development
• Oversee performance management processes and support on improvement plans
• Resolve employee relations issues and conduct investigations when required
• Collaborate with HR teams in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Policies to deliver solutions
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and track HR metrics using data analytics

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience in HR
• Experience as HRBP is ideal
• Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
• Skilled in HR software and systems
• Professional level Japanese and English
