HRBP / HRBP

A global leader in automation machinery manufacturing is seeking an HRBP. The selected candidate will provide strategic HR guidance, manage talent acquisition, and oversee employee relations.

Responsibilities:

• Understand overall business and HR strategy, translating it effectively
• Act as a trusted Business Partner, advising on change management, culture, and engagement
• Manage talent acquisition, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Partner with COE to develop employee competence and performance
• Guide employee relations and manage payroll processes in compliance with local laws
• Lead employee engagement activities and handle ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in human resources
• 5-7 years of related business experience
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Understanding of labor laws and HR practices
• Proficient in English
