シニアピープルパートナー/ Senior People Partner

A multinational insurance company is searching for a Senior People Partner. The selected candidate will operate as a trusted partner to all teams to drive business together and achieve the business outcome. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide proactive and reactive coaching and consultative human resources advice and services to all employees in the designated business unit

• Conduct hiring end-to-end, from assisting managers in drafting job descriptions to managing recruitment agencies and initial candidate screening
• Work with managers in designated areas in their efforts around employee engagement
• Provide performance coaching and advice that may include participation in meetings with employees and managers
• Execute HR strategies to assist in meeting Japan's longer-term growth strategies by partnering with the VP, PO and Japan Leadership Team
• Lead all global mobility events related to Japan with the partnership of the Global Mobility Leadership and immigration lawyers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Background in HRBP
• Skilled in MS PowerPoint and Excel
• Knowledge of employee relations, organisational development and planning, compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, training and development, talent management, and Japanese labour law
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Good negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in a US headquartered matrix organisation is preferred
• Experience in handling employee-related investigations is preferred
• Experience in project management is preferred
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English
