タレントマネージャー/ HRBP / Talent Manager/ HRBP
A global consumer goods company is looking for a Talent Manager/HRBP. The selected candidate will oversee talent strategy, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations to drive business success.
Responsibilities:
- Lead talent activities across recruitment, onboarding, development, and workforce planning
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, partnering with leaders on staffing needs
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies
- Develop and implement talent strategies to enhance engagement and retention
- Coach leadership teams to align with company objectives and foster growth
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and best HR practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above (business, human resources, management, or a relevant domain)
- More than 6 years of experience in management, employee relations, or generalist
- Experience advising managers through complex employee issues and solving workforce challenges
- Knowledge of local HR practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Bilingual level English and Japanese is preferred
