HRBP/ HRBP

A global automotive company is looking for an HRBP. The selected candidate will drive HR initiatives, advise management, and enhance employee engagement. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with business strategy
• Advise management on HR-related matters
• Provide HR guidance on headcount planning, talent development, and performance management
• Oversee performance appraisals and address performance issues
• Manage complex employee relations cases and support disciplinary actions
• Collaborate with HR teams to develop effective solutions

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Professional level Japanese and English

• 人事施策の効果を測定するための主要なHRのKPIを策定し、フォローアップ

応募要件:

• 中・大規模の企業での人事経験5年以上
• コンサルテーションやファシリテーション経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語力・日本語力
• 人事の企画や戦略策定業務経験3年以上尚可
• チェンジマネジメントプロジェクト経験者歓迎
