HRBP / HRBP

A global cosmetics company is seeking an HR Business Partner. The selected candidate will be responsible for attracting diverse talent, supporting employee development, and driving organisational transformation. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Drive HR initiatives with stakeholders, reporting to the HR Director, to support Talent Management, Organisational Design, and Culture Transformation
• Attract and recruit top local and global talent in collaboration with the HRBP and Talent Acquisition team
• Plan and execute upskilling programs with the HR Learning team to foster growth, creativity, and change management
• Facilitate people reviews and strengthen succession pipelines in collaboration with line managers and global HR teams
• Drive employee engagement through transformation projects, surveys, action planning, and initiatives with business leaders
• Manage employee data in HR systems, support headcount and personal cost simulations, and assist with performance evaluation processes

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of HR experience, including recruiting, learning, project management, change management, and labour matters
• Experience in an international environment with multiple stakeholders
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Basic knowledge of Japan's labour law is ideal
• Exposure to international work or school experience is a plus
• Business level Japanese and English (TOEIC 800+)
