HRBP / HRBP

A renowned manufacturing company is looking for an HR Business Partner. The selected candidate will lead strategic HR initiatives, support talent and organisational development, and collaborate with leadership teams to drive business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of strategic talent and organisational effectiveness support across business units
• Partner with BU leadership to analyse and prioritise business challenges and implement HR solutions
• Coordinate with HR Solutions and Centres of Excellence (COEs) to drive HR services
• Contribute to HR model improvements for enhanced performance and BU growth
• Represent the business within the HR Leadership team
• Develop HR strategies to support diverse business models and complexity

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in HR field
• More than 8 years of professional working experience in HR environment
• More than 6 years of HR Generalist/HRBP related experience
• More than 3 years of managerial experience preferred
• Experience working in global or international organisations
• Leadership experience representing HR (internally and externally)
• Experience with Organisation Design and Talent and Management Development
• Fluent level written and verbal English and Japanese
