A renowned international financial services company is looking for an HR Business Partner. The selected candidate will provide HR advice and support to business lines, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted partner and provide general HR advice
- Ensure the flow of information within HR
- Understand and support business line strategies
- Assist in recruitment and identify recruitment agencies
- Support talent retention and succession planning
- Advise on annual appraisal processes
- Liaise with L&D for training and development
- Handle employee relations and performance management
- Act as Conduct Referent for misconduct notifications
- Participate in annual compensation review processes
Requirements:
- More than 7 years of experience in HR business partnering
- Experience in relevant HR systems advantageous (PeopleSoft and Avature)
- Skilled in MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of business line
- Understanding of HR processes and procedures
- Familiarity with compensation and benefits
- Fluent level written and verbal English and Japanese
