A global medical device company is seeking an HRBP Manager. The selected candidate will focus on employee relations, retention, and business process improvement through HR partnership and strategy execution. This is a hybrid setup role.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject-matter expert to managers and directors
- Implement change management techniques and HR strategies
- Apply policies, procedures, and compliance knowledge to mitigate risk
- Improve organisational processes and report trends to senior HR leaders
- Facilitate challenging stakeholder interactions and resolve escalated conflicts
- Execute programs that drive employee engagement and leadership development
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 8 years of HR experience, supporting multiple functions and interacting with COE's and business leaders
- More than 8 years of experience as HRBP or manager-level roles
- Proficient in Workday and MS Office Suite
- Strong facilitation, consulting, and project management abilities
- Demonstrated conflict resolution and change management skills
