A global outsourcing services company is searching for an HRBP Manager. The qualified individual will participate in the day-to-day development and implementation of new local and global HR initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strong and effective relationships with HR specialist functions or Centres of Excellence
- Conduct reviews and propose recommendations in handling employment legislation, compliance, HR systems, practices, and procedures
- Provide reports and analyses as requested by senior management
- Operate as first point of contact for HR-related queries
- Work with HR team to deliver in the areas of organisation design, talent, and performance management
- Be accountable for the timely execution of all deliverables and delivery of the results
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- More than 3 years of experience within an HR function as a generalist or combination of generalist and specialist
- Understanding of local and relevant employment legislation
- Skilled in MS Office Suite and HRIS applications
