A renowned automotive company is seeking an HR Business Partner. The selected candidate will provide strategic HR support, oversee performance management, and address employee relations.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to implement people initiatives aligned with business strategy
- Advise management on HR-related matters
- Consult on headcount planning, talent development, performance management, and succession planning
- Oversee performance appraisals, address performance issues, and develop improvement plans
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and support disciplinary actions
- Collaborate with HR teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Drive employee engagement through regular touchpoints with employees
- Develop and track HR metrics, provide reports to senior management, and use data to enhance HR processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 5 years of experience in HR
- More than 3 years of experience in a strategic HR position
- Experience in a mid to large size organisation
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Business level written and verbal Japanese and English
