A global leader in automation machinery manufacturing is seeking an HRBP. The selected candidate will provide strategic HR guidance, manage talent acquisition, and oversee employee relations.
Responsibilities:
- Understand overall business and HR strategy, translating it effectively
- Act as a trusted Business Partner, advising on change management, culture, and engagement
- Manage talent acquisition, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Partner with COE to develop employee competence and performance
- Guide employee relations and manage payroll processes in compliance with local laws
- Lead employee engagement activities and handle ad hoc projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in human resources
- 5-7 years of related business experience
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Understanding of labor laws and HR practices
- Proficient in English
