A global leader in the sportswear industry is seeking a HR Business Partner Senior Manager. The selected candidate will partner with senior leadership to align HR practices with business goals and support diverse HR functions across multiple countries.
Responsibilities:
- Translate business priorities into HR initiatives and align people management practices with business goals
- Provide expert HR consultation on headcount planning, team structure, performance management, and organisational design
- Oversee annual personnel budgeting and headcount management processes
- Facilitate salary reviews, promotions, and adjustments, ensuring policy alignment
- Implement and support talent management tools and concepts, including succession planning
- Provide insights on reward systems and ensure competitiveness of sales commissions
- Ensure compliance with HR standards, procedures, and policies
- Manage performance and disciplinary processes
- Support organisational changes and drive employee engagement initiatives
- Manage employee redundancies in compliance with labour laws and company policies
- Maintain accurate HR reports and manage HR databases
- Lead key HR projects and initiatives, driving continuous improvement
- Collaborate with local, regional, and global HR teams, Finance, and Talent Acquisition
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR or personnel management
- 6-8 years of experience in relevant HR fields in a multinational organisation
- Deep knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance
- SAP experience is ideal
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Passion for sports
- Business level English (Japanese is a plus)
