A global manufacturing company is looking for a People & Organisation Director. The selected candidate will lead people and processes, implementing strategies and initiatives to drive business success and market leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and evaluate long-term business plans and people strategies
- Set yearly HR budgets and manage SG&A costs
- Implement recruitment processes and manage HRIS system activities
- Develop initiatives to establish the company as an employer of choice
- Lead and coach managers in HR programs and processes
- Oversee compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with company guidelines
Requirements:
- Experience in human resources management or business management
- Prior experience in HR, business development, industrial relations, or cultural development
- Proven experience in day-to-day people leadership
- Background in P&L, Budgeting, taxation, payroll, remuneration planning and packaging
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of sales cycle
