One of the world’s largest travel management companies is looking for an HR Manager. The selected candidate will develop strong relationships with business leaders and manage various HR functions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with business leaders and HR partners to align HR initiatives
- Drive recruitment best practices and build employer branding in Japan
- Manage HR activities throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth cooperation with shared services
- Ensure global and regional HR strategies are adapted locally; propose competitive pay programs
- Advocate for company culture and values, promoting diversity and inclusion
- Oversee employee disciplinary meetings and ensure compliance with local laws
Requirements:
- Experience as an HR Generalist or BP
- Background in managing various HR functions (recruitment, HR operations, talent management, etc.)
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with the business
- Understanding of Japanese national policies, labour law and regulations
- Proficient in English and Japanese
