Responsibilities:
- Develop human resource planning in line with company growth
- Define requirements for new hire positions across management and teams
- Hire suitable candidates to meet position requirements
- Establish hiring processes and implement new hire orientation programs
- Design and implement personnel systems to evaluate employee performance
- Operate and enhance personnel systems to boost team performance
- Implement human resource development initiatives to enhance productivity
- Manage talent retention efforts
- Review and improve current labor management systems
- Stabilise labor management operations
- Enhance working environments for improved productivity
Requirements:
- More than 10 years of experience in HR Management at a company with 30 employees
- Experience in labor management
- Business level English
