A leading global medical company is seeking an experienced HR professional for the role of HR Business Partner. The successful candidate will provide strategic HR consultation and support from a human capital perspective in the overall HR domain for responsible business units and functions.
Responsibilities:
- Constantly review responsible organization and talent and provide advice to strengthen organizational competitiveness from a human capital perspective
- Monitor staff planning and personnel-related budget
- Providing advice regarding performance management, compensation planning, and employee relations
- Provide developmental trainings as needed
- Provide coaching support to enhance the managerial effectiveness of line managers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 8+ years’ HR experience, including HR experience in a multinational company
- Strong knowledge on laws and regulations regarding the Japanese labor market
- Solid understanding of the business strategy of client organizations
- Fluency in Japanese; business level English proficiency
