- Act as a strategic HR consultant for internal customers; help customers achieve their business strategy and objectives
- Develop and manage ongoing client relationships; provide talent market knowledge and advice to internal customers
- Source suitable candidates via different effective targeted channel (online, offline)
- Build candidate pipeline, maintaining candidate networks
- Manage the job offer process and negotiate salary packages that are in line with the market and internal guidelines
- A proven, consistent track record in recruitment, ideally experienced in active sourcing and headhunting
- A strong self-motivator and results-oriented mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills
