An international digital healthcare organisation is seeking a Career Consultant. The selected candidate will provide virtual coaching and support to members on career development, parental transition, and professional growth through digital consultations. This is a full-remote setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual coaching sessions and asynchronous support on career development topics
• Advise on parental leave, return-to-work strategies, and communication with management
• Support members in balancing career and parenthood
• Review resumes and coach on personal storytelling and career positioning
• Guide individuals through career transitions and job loss situations
• Deliver manager training, leadership development, and time management coaching
• Capture consultation summaries in the practice management system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure member needs are met and recommend follow-ups or referrals
• Act as an ambassador of the care model and promote culturally appropriate support

Requirements:

• Experience in career coaching, professional development coaching, or leadership coaching
• Experience delivering coaching to individuals
• Proficiency in digital coaching platforms
• Demonstrated professionalism and adherence to the ICF Code of Ethics
• Passion for supporting career growth, transitions, and personal development
• Ability to provide approximately 2 hours of coaching per week
• Currently residing in Japan, Singapore, or Australia
• Possess a valid National Certified Career Consultant certification
• Fluent level Japanese and English
